When he wrote last June, 84-year-old James D. Parker Jr.32 (52787 Waverly Ave. ,La Jolla, CA 92037) was still recovering from heart problems and kidney surgery he had in February. Jim remembers ‘the pajama parades’ from his fraternity days.
