GEORGE K HEFFLEY ’02, is the first judge of the newly created Domestic Relations Court of Cabell County, W. Va. He was United States Commissioner for twelve years prior to that. He was recently appointed Clerk of the City of Huntington, W. Va., and is a member and vice chairman of the Republican County Committee. His address is 336 Ninth Ave., Huntington, W. Va.
