Several months ago, the Theta Chapter House Company began work on a project vital to the future success of Theta Chapter at Ohio Wesleyan. The project, The Theta Chapter House Renovation Campaign. Was initiated to allow us to complete the restoration of our chapter house. As all of you know, this has been a long and challenging process.
Alumni have contributed toward this effort in two separate campaigns. Since the summer of 1986, $92000 worth of badly needed renovations were made to the house. However, we were unable to complete some of the larger and more expensive plumbing and electrical problems we now face.
Well On Our Way …
To that end, we began to quietly approach brothers who have supported the prior campaigns as well as many other brothers. The result is that we have received donations and/or pledges that. when combined with the large amount of funds owed to the chapter by the University (from a prior Trustee Match program). totals over $75.000 — which represents half of our $150,000 goal This amount of work will be done this summer.
Should we reach our goal, the House Company should not have to solicit alumni in the foreseeable future. Brothers, help us to complete our mission to fully restore Theta Chapter at Ohio Wesleyan The undergraduates have brought Theta back to full strength, and they must have our financial support in this project if that strength is to be maintained.

The Board has decided that gifts made in previous campaigns will be credited toward your gift in this campaign for recognition purposes. We want everyone to know that this effort will at last finish the task of rebuilding Theta Chapter. and that we are grateful for every dollar contributed in the past that has played such a key role in helping us reach this point Gifts are tax deductible, and payment can be made over the next three years (if desired).
