Earl S. Miller, ’37, is a major in the U. S. Army Air Corps in North Africa. Fie is now commandant of a base there.
Major Miller enlisted in the Air Corps in December, 1940. &nee he received his 2nd lieutenant’s commission, he has risen very rapidly.
He was co-pilot for Secretary of War Stimpson for several months, and was stationed at Mitchell Field, Long Island, before going overseas.
He Was in charge of the establishment of the base in Africa, and was in charge there when the Roosevelt-Churchill meeting took place in Casablanca.
