Memories and Your Long Range Planning

The year was 1953 and for those of us in Theta chapter pledge class. it was a year many memorable events. One in particular was the weekend-long celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the founding o chapter at OWU. Many alumni and nationally renowned Betas came for the April 25 dinner and Convocation at Grey chapel on Sunday, April 26.feature speakers included Seth Brook. St.Lawrence ’22 and Central secretary of the national Fraternity Welles K. Stanley,Theta ’95and Joseph j. Somerville.Delta ’12.Our MU milestone will be the year 2003 … and plans are already underway to make 111:11 celebration of our the150^th birthday on the OWU campus a memorable one. As our plans unfold .we will keep you well informed so that you too can make sure of a return to OWU for what will be another event “to remember”
