WELLES K. STANLEY, 95, the oldest living alumnus of Theta chapter, is still actively engaging in the practice of law in Cleveland, Ohio.
The senior partner in the firm of Stanley, Smoyer and Schwartz, Brother Stanley was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1901. In addition to his active law practice, he has been a memher of the Cuyahoga County Republican Executive Committee for 40 years, was a member of the commission which drafted the East Cleveland city manager charter, and has authored numerous articles on the legal aspects of labor disputes.
Stanley now resides at 12526 Cedar Road in Cleveland Heights.
An executive with the North Wayne Tool Company, GEoacE L. EARLE, JR., 36, now lives at 125 Fairfield Street in Oakland, Maine.
An employee of the Universal Concrete Pipe Company in Norris town, Pennsylvania since graduation, HAROLD LEULIETTE, 42, writes that he is now plant manager.
JAMES A. STACEY, w’48, wrote to tell us he had moved to 3407 Columbus Avenue in Sandusky, Ohio. He is associated with the
New Departure Division of General Motors and also attending Cleveland-Marshall Law school.
JOHN H. SUMMERS, ’07, writes that he is still practicing law at 17 South High Street in Columbus and that his two sons, James and Thomas attended Ohio State University and were initiated into Theta Delta chapter at the school.
JOHN H. CARHART, ’38, has been the physics’ director of the Reading, Pennsylvania Y.M.C.A. since 1948.
The secretary and treasurer of the Smeed Box Company in Cleve-land, ERNEST L. ELLENBERGER, writes that he is serving as a momsber of the board of education in Brecksville, Ohio and is also a trustee of the First Congregational Church in the same city.

A physician in White Plains, New York, DR. WALTER L. EvANs, ’30, now resides at 146 Norman Road; in New Rochelle, New York, with his wife and three children.
Another recent graduate, WAR-REN D. CARRIGAN, 49, is now a student at the Cincinnati College of Embalming. He was married in June, 1949 to a Wesleyan Pi Phi, Janice Pocock.
JOHN A. MIKULUK, ’38, is a major in the Army, being currently assigned as Personnel Director of the Surgeon General’s Office in Washington, D. C.
Brother Mikuluk, who was active in football and dramatics while in school, writes that he is still single.
