Pledges

The Theta Chapter of Beta Theta pi lucked out fall term by pledging twenty four fine young men. The fraternity was after quality rather than quantity as many other fraternities on the hill pledged more than the Beta house. Our rush program consisted of numerous parties where freshmen were invited up by special invitation. As twelve fraternities were competing for the freshmen class, the Betas felt that they should have a more personal rushprogram. We didso to mlke sure that we got the pledges that ,,we really wanted”. We came through with winners.
