Robert F. “Bob” Woolley ’51

Robert F. “Bob” Woolley ’51 — Bob married his OWU sweetheart, Francis Anderson, sister of brother Hank Anderson and daughter of
brother “Rum” Anderson. Honorary pallbearers included life-long friends and brothers Skip Cheseldine and Grover Cooper. Following graduation, Bob served as a 2nd Lt. in the Marine Corps during the Korean conflict and settled in his wife’s hometown of Tucson, Arizona. From 1966 to 1976, Bob was in sales with a concrete forms company in Windsor, Ct. When his wife was diagnosed with M.S. in 1976, Bob and Francis returned to Tucson and Bob devoted himself to Francis’ care until she died in 1987. Bob is survived by his three children
