The spring term at Ohio Wesleyan was really hopping, especially at the Beta House. Our spring formal was May 3 and went according to tradition, it was really fantastic and we had a good time. The litfle sisters of the house were really ,,gung ho” about the formal and to top off the evening, we had the band euo Vadis.
The house has been actively busy in rushing people for next year’s pledge class. We are allowed to have five new pledges live in the house in fall term because five actives are going overseas to study. We presently have one new pledge but Brian Welsch and Jim Ries are working hard to get more.
Since three quarters of the actives are lacrosse players, eyeryone really gets pysched and goes out to support the team whether they are playing or not. After the games, the house holds TG’s with the different sororities on campus. All in all, it looks like and has been a fantastic spring term so far.
