The Annual North East Ohio Beta Steakout

Tom … Here’s the picture of Steve Sherwood, Terry O’Hara, Rich Hursh, and John Willoughby, all OWU ’70, enjoying the comraderie of brother Betas at the Annual North East Ohio Beta Steakout in August. In the past, Tim Ohara, Ron Snyder and Steve Deuble had also attended this annual event. A great place to catch up with Theta brothers and meet Betas from the region. When information about the next event is published, I’ll pass it along in hopes that we can get a few more brothers to attend.

Pete Lee is currently campaigning for his second term in the Colorado House of Representatives. He is on facebook if anyone wants to follow his political career. By the time you publish, he’ll hopefully be back in Denver for another term.

I saw Jud Knox ’70 and his bride Lauri in August in York, ME, where he is the CEO of the York Community Hospital. I think that’s his title. He’s working hard and enjoying life. He sends his best to all. When I was at OWU in the spring, I got a chance to tour 9 Williams Dr., at least the main floor. It had been rennovated and the furnishings upgraded but the place looked like home — at least after we cleaned it up for special occasions. There were no tell tale signs of any foodfights … must be a new generation of students…
