Plavcan’55, urologist at the Hagerstown Urology Center, is senior warden at St. John’s Episcopal Church. “Czech” is a member of the American Urological Association, a diplomat for the American Board of Urology, anda fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is a vicepresident of the Washington County Medical Soeiety. Czech and his wife, Carol, live at 3 Spring Creek Rd., Hagerstown, Md.
