Wedge \u201951"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Donald R. Wedge, 82 of Clermont,<\/p>\n<p>Florida, passed away April 20, 2012. He was born August 13, 1929 in Carey, Ohio and came to Florida in 1997 from Troy, Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>Donald was Catholic by faith and was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, Moose Lodge, American Legion and Ohio Wesleyan University Athletic Hall of Fame, was a major college referee for football and basketball, and an NFL referee for 24 years. He was also a National Sales Manager for Hobort Brothers Corporation and a Sales Manager for Miller Valentine Real Estate in Dayton, OH. He is predeceased by his wife, Ruth Ann Wedge. Donald is survived by his son, Chris Wedge of Clermont; daughter, Laura Blackburn and her husband Ron of New Orleans, LA.; brothers, Bob Wedge of Carey, OH, John Wedge of Columbus, OH, Tom Wedge of Huntsville, OH; sister, Sybill Kunkel of Savannah, GA; 4 grandchildren, Carrie Lis, Ashley Humphrey, Cole Wedge and MaKenna Wedge. <\/p>\n<p><i>{Editor\u2019s Note: A complete bio for Don can be seen in the February, 2008 issue of Theta Data.
