As the new treasurer of Theta\u00a0House Corporation I want to take the\u00a0opportunity on behalf of the House\u00a0Corp. to thank those members who\u00a0have financially supported the\u00a0chapter. In an effort to acknowledge\u00a0those who have made this Theta Data\u00a0possible during the past year, we have\u00a0included in this issue a list of contributors.\u00a0If, by some error, we have\u00a0missed someone, we want to\u00a0apologize now and tell you how much\u00a0we regret the omission. The operation\u00a0of the House Corp. is new to many of\u00a0us and this first year has been one in which much learning has taken place.\u00a0For that reason, our organization was\u00a0not as strong as it might have been.\u00a0Anyway, thank you for your kind\u00a0donations.<\/p>\n
Currently, we are making plans for\u00a0the next school year. Our intentions\u00a0are to develop some type of schedule\u00a0of Beta activities and to convey this\u00a0information to members in a more\u00a0timely fashion so that House functions\u00a0can be better organized and, we hope, more attraetive to particlpatc in as a\u00a0member. However, to accomplish\u00a0this, we are going to have to rely upon\u00a0the physical support as well as the\u00a0financial support of the members.\u00a0During the 1975-26 school year a\u00a0major goal of the House Corp. is going\u00a0to be to increase the particlpation of\u00a0alumni returning for homecoming in\u00a0the fall and initiation in the winter.\u00a0We are optimistic about this undertaking but its ultimate success lies\u00a0with you. I sincerely hope that we will\u00a0be able to realize our intentions.\u00a0In closing I would like to once again\u00a0thank those whose contributions have\u00a0made this year’s Theta Data possible\u00a0and would like to urge everyone to\u00a0contribute what they can so that the\u00a0publication and mailings of Theta\u00a0Data can be continued.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
