All organizations have someone who is\u00a0continually behind the scenes guiding the\u00a0group along the proper paths. So it is with\u00a0Theta Chapter. That man is the chapter’s\u00a0financial adviser, Robert E. Watson, ’11.<\/p>\n

For many years, Bob has been devoting\u00a0much of his time to the affairs of Theta\u00a0Chapter, and its alumni-controlled House\u00a0Company. It is his job to see that the\u00a0insurance, taxes, mortgage interest, and all\u00a0other bills of the company are paid; to see\u00a0that the house is kept in good repair\u00a0and to reduce the principal of the mortgage\u00a0as much as passible every year.<\/p>\n

Bob has always ken wide awake to the\u00a0needs of the house, and makes as many\u00a0needed repairs as he has the money for. It\u00a0is a tribute to him that the chapter house\u00a0is in as good shape as it is at the present\u00a0time, for it is a big order to keep such a\u00a0big house in repair, especially since it is so\u00a0old.<\/p>\n

The Chapter owes a great debt of thanks\u00a0to Bob Watson, for the years of unselfish,\u00a0unswerving loyalty he has given to them.<\/p>\n
