Lincoln For Sale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Driving around Delaware the other day, what should I come across but the old Beta House at 54 W. Lincoln and it is now up for sale. Having been a nursing home for most all the years since we moved out (circa 1963), its hard to tell what kind of shape it remains in. Nevertheless, curiosity got to me so I called the realty and obtained the following info: 9,249 sq. ft. for sale at $950,000! Wow, I\u2019ll<br \/>\nbet that is a huge number compared to where we were back in the 60\u2019s. Can you imagine the taxes and utilities, not to mention the maintenance required? Anybody interested?
